The personnel were perfect, very helpful, kind, and friendly. Great location with a fair bus in front of the hotel. Modern building, close to the beach. Extremely clean. Very good breakfast. A highly recommended location.

The parking was onsite. Perfect for city break. We loved mercure rimini artis.

The hotel staff were excellent. Despite the fact we arrived late they arranged a dinner reservation at a fantastic local restaurant that stayed open for our late arrival - superb. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very central. Importantly also, the hotel had secure underground parking.

The hotel was conveniently close to the beach and several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. One of the highlights of the stay was the comfortable bed with soft sheets.

The room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult to move around. there was a lot of noise from the street outside, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. There was a small swimming pool, which opened off the bar area. The rooms were comfortable and it was welll placed.

Great pool and beach club, with amazing views of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of fresh fruit and other goodies. The staff were really helpful and kind.

The beds were a bit hard and the hotel was a bit noisy at night. Would have been nice to have more towels available for guests.

We loved staying at this hotel! It is located right on the beachfront and close to the restaurants and walking strip. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. They offered great parking and transportation options in this city. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

All members of staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We got an upgraded room, which was fantastic. Free drink for hotel guests every night was nice too. One of best hotel experiences ever! Nothing to complain!

All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a seafront room (probably because the hotel was quiet as it was not high season). The room was spotlessly clean and a generous size with a large, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was available up to 12 noon and complimentary aperitifs were provided each evening.

The hotel did not have a restaurant, just a breakfast room, but there were lots of restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel is freshly renovated and in excellent condition. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was highly professional and very friendly. All the systems in the hotel worked perfectly well: air conditioning, well-sealed and well-equipped bathroom, bar, Internet, etc. The outside heated pool and jaccuzi were great, a nice addition to the beach. Breakfast - good quality food.

Breakfast was good quality, but rather a limited choice of hot food. The hot counter was limited to scrambled eggs, and "boil-your-own egg" in a toaster-type hot-water appliance, which produced uncertain results from almost raw to hard bolied.
